本机主要用于电动工具、家用电器、汽车摩托车等电机换向器与电枢绕组导线的焊接工作。整个焊接过程由目前最先进的日本米亚基直流逆变电源碰焊控制系统控制，同时还选用进口PLC系统，可任意编写程序参数，编程格式符合ISO国际代码标准，本类机型采用步进电机驱动，自动分度，自动定位，配合焊接电源一次性完成整个转子的点焊过程。重要部位配有电子感应自动报警系统，确保机器和人员的安全。设备带有电极水冷循环装置，可及时对点焊头进行冷却。本机是目前最理想的焊接设备之一，性能已达到国际领先水平。

The machine is mainly used for electric tools, household appliances, automobiles, motorcycles and so motor to weld commutator and armature wire.The whole welding process uses Japan MIYACHI spot welding control system, which is currently the most advanced. This product uses imported PLC system,can arbitrary to program. The format of programming meets ISO coding standard. Remodeling of rotor can be alternated within a specific range. This product is driven by stepper motor, be automatic indexing and automatic positioning, in concert withwelding power to complete the whole welding process of the rotor.Key parts have electronic sensors with automatic alarm system. It ensures safety operation for machine and workers. The product is installed with electrode water-cooling system, which can cool down the welding head instantly.This machine is one of the best welding equipment; the performance has reached international advanced level.
